High End Frigdaire Gallery Five burner gas stove with convection oven. A Convention oven cooks food more evenly with less energy. Fridgaire Gallery matching Microwave above. Extra Large Fridgaire Refrigerator. Dishwasher. Double stainless sink with powerful garbage disposal.

Two porches plus a small front porch & foyer. Bathrooms on all three floors. Second floor bathroom has a double sink with a Large Vanity & large mirrors so 2 can get ready at the same time in the main bathroom. 1st & 3rd floor bathes have mirrors and vanities too. Old fashioned useable claw tub allows for 2 showers to be used at the same time. I hired a company called Dyna Mole which increased the water pressure. It does not matter is other toilets or faucets are running while showering or what ever. The water pressure is always powerful & consistent.

For safety purposes there are 9 Smoke alarms and 2 carbon monoxide detectors. Some are brand new and are powered by 10 year lithium batteries. Off Street Parking for 4 cars. Easy access to 490. Very close to Park and Monroe Establishments. Museums too. Out of respect, I have not published pictures of bedrooms. The house hasn't been empty since I have owned it.

Quiet area...makes it easier to focus on work and relaxing. Invested with a company called Dyna Mole which increased the water pressure immensely. All showers and faucets have great water pressure.

I enjoy being a good landlord. It is my hope that tenants will enjoy their time while living here. I always try to make things nicer. I am Looking for 4 respectable occupants. I live next door and will be available most of the time just in case there is a concern. It will be available June 1st with a one year lease. Naz/Fisher students and friends have had the place for years. pets maybe....depends. RIT once or twice.. U or R once. Some groups have stayed after graduating.
